Terms &
conditions.
Native checkout remains disabled until NYTSIFT's registered operator details are completed in Admin settings.
1. About NYTSIFT
NYTSIFT is an event-discovery and event-management platform focused on nightlife, concerts and related experiences. Contact: hello@nytsift.com.
2. Event information
Event information may be supplied by organisers, venues, artists, ticketing partners or third-party event data sources. We aim to keep listings accurate, but schedules, line-ups, venues, prices, age restrictions and availability can change. Always review the final information provided by the ticket seller or organiser before purchasing or attending.
3. External ticket links
Where NYTSIFT links to a third-party ticket seller, your purchase is made under that seller's terms unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. NYTSIFT is not the seller merely because an event is displayed or linked on the platform.
4. NYTSIFT ticket sales
When NYTSIFT ticket checkout is enabled, payment is processed securely by Stripe. The checkout will identify the contracting seller for the specific event, the total price including mandatory fees and applicable taxes, accepted payment methods, delivery method, and applicable cancellation/refund terms before the order is placed. The payment button will clearly indicate that placing the order creates a payment obligation.
5. No general 14-day withdrawal right for dated events
Under Danish consumer rules, tickets for concerts, sports and other leisure events taking place on a specific date or during a specific period generally do not carry the ordinary 14-day online withdrawal right. Any voluntary refund or exchange policy will be stated for the relevant event.
6. Cancellation, postponement and changes
Rights following cancellation, postponement or material changes depend on the circumstances, the contracting seller and applicable law. Event-specific instructions will be communicated through the relevant organiser or ticket seller. Service or delivery fees are handled according to the terms disclosed at purchase and mandatory consumer law.
7. Accounts and organisers
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Organisers are responsible for having authority to publish the events they submit and for the accuracy, legality and rights to supplied names, images, descriptions, pricing and other content. NYTSIFT may review, edit, decline, hide or remove listings to protect users and editorial quality.
8. Affiliate and influencer activity
Approved affiliates and influencers must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure rules. Commission eligibility, attribution, rates, reversals and payout conditions are governed by the commercial terms shown in their account or separate agreement.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with platform operation, scrape or reproduce protected content contrary to law or permission, or use NYTSIFT to facilitate fraud.
10. Intellectual property
NYTSIFT's brand, interface and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Event owners and licensors retain rights in their respective event names, images and materials.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory consumer law, NYTSIFT is not responsible for an organiser's performance, third-party websites, or changes outside NYTSIFT's reasonable control where NYTSIFT is not the contracting provider of the underlying event.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal data and cookies is described in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
13. Complaints and governing law
Please contact hello@nytsift.com first so we can address the issue. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable complaint mechanisms remain unaffected. These terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as NYTSIFT develops. Changes do not retrospectively alter completed consumer purchases unless permitted by law.
